What to include

A few details get you a useful answer much faster:

• The tool and its version. The window title or the file name of your download shows it.
• The app and its version, and your operating system, for example Maya 2025 on Windows 11.
• What you did and what happened. Steps to reproduce it are best.
• The error text. Copy any error message or log lines from the app (in Maya, the red lines in the Script Editor).
• A screenshot or a short screen recording, if it is easier to show.
• The email you bought with, if the question is about a purchase.

Supported software

Each tool page lists the apps and versions it supports, and the tool’s README has the install steps. Our current Maya tools are built for Maya 2025, 2026 and 2027 and tested in 2025 and 2027 (Maya 2026 runs the same Python as 2025).

Common questions

I can’t download or find my purchase. Gumroad sent a receipt with a download link. You can also sign in to Gumroad with the email you bought with and open your library.

How do I install a tool? Each download has a README with the steps. Each tool’s page on this site describes what it does and what it needs.
